Our skin helps us to protect all of our organs and let us to touch and feel every object. Skin is one of the most important organ of our body and proper care should be taken to let it do its normal job. Taking care of our skin is very essential to lead a very healthy and happy life. Good beautiful skin can help us by increasing our self esteem and personal values in the society. Moreover it is also very important for keeping all kind of skin diseases away .

Tips for making your skin healthy and beautiful
Most of the times people ignore or forget to take care of their skin in their busy life. But when we face different kinds of problems with our skin then we realizes the important of taking care of our skin. Some of the useful tips are given below :
1) Drink lots of Water: Drinking lots of water makes your skin looks healthy and younger. Many people may ask how can we make our skin look healthier and younger by drinking water? It's because water helps to removes harmful toxin from our body.
2) Eat lots of Vegetables and fruits: Eating lots of veggies and fruits will full fill the vitamins and minerals we need in your daily life. Vitamin and minerals makes your skin beautiful and glow. If you have vitamin deficiency problem then your skin will look pale and dark.
3) Wash you face twice: Wash your face gently twice daily with normal water. Use a mild soap or face cleaner to wash your face. Don't use any any soap which will dry your skin . Use a mild face cleaner which will remove the oil and dirt from your face and also keep the moisture.
4) Remove make up: Removing makeup is very important to keep your skin healthy. Use a gentle make up remover to remove the make up. Then wash your face with warm water to open the pore of your skin. If you do not remove the make up regularly then you may face problems with pimples and other skin diseases.
5) Sun protection: Use sunscreen to protect you skin from Sun. Sun rays between 11 A.M to 4 P.M is very harmful for your skin because this is the time when Sun rays are very powerful .


Wear long cloths which covers your full body or use an Umbrella when you are under the sun. If you have to go under the sun regularly then use a good sunscreen protection cream before going outside.
6) Sleep: If you have a sleeping disorder then your skin may become pale and it may look older. A good sleep increases the beauty and glow of your skin.
7. Do not smoke: We all know smoking is very bad for health. But do you know smoking can also damage your skin? Smoking makes your skin look older and also contributes to wrinkles. So, do not smoke to maintain a healthy skin.
8. Pimples: If you have pimples then do not pop them by your finger. It will make the area worst. Wash your face with Orange peel powder instead of washing it by soap. Drink lot's of water and vegetables. Your Pimples should recover automatically.
