Start in safe mode and run an anti virus and an anti spyware, plus an anti adware just in case.
Switch off System Restore as it can be infected. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Download, install, update and run all these in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, restart your pc and repeatedly press F8 as it restarts. Some malware consists of 2 files and one will re-instate the other if it is removed. Safe Mode stops this.
